I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived and seen the hotel grounds Triunfador i wasn’t expecting luxury in a 2 star hotel. The grounds were lovely with a big pool and amazing view! . However when we got to the room things changed… I expected a 2 star hotel to be old and run down .. but not DIRTY! the bathroom was coated in dust, spider webs were visible in every corner , the shower barley worked and when i opened the wardrobe to put my clothes away cockroaches ran at me!. safe to say that wardrobe was firmly closed the entire stay. We also found an old flip flop covered in dust under the coffee table surely it’s not that hard to keep a room clean? . If you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to lay your head then this hotel would be fine! Ganador we did only pay £54 a night which is a great deal for a cheap few nights away! but for me the lack of cleanliness in the room was so disappointing and there really is zero excuse for it no matter how much you have paid . I definitely would not return . Rafa Gallego Awful experience. The first thing we felt like doing after a long day of traveling was going to our room and taking a shower. Both of the towels we got were stained in several different spots so we had to go to reception to ask for new ones, the staff did not seem to care all too much about the incident. Later on that night, when we were going to bed, we noticed that the bedsheets (we had two individual beds) were disgustingly dirty, once again with several stains and loose hairs. I then went to reception to ask for new bedsheets, I was given a set for one of the beds and when I asked for a new one for the other bed, the receptionist demanded me to provide evidence of the second bed being dirty Figura well, I did that and got a new set for the second bed too.

Nice hotel complex, the staff work hard to keep it clean and tidy. The kids tour packages entertainers were brilliant and definitely put a smile back on my kids' faces. Rooms are a nice size and comfortable, but the walls are really thin. No Beer/Larger or soft drinks available in the restaurant. You have to pay to use TV in room and pay for WiFi. But these are only minor things. We are extremely grateful for the hotel taking us in and rescuing our holiday.

Jeff Tracy Had the worst experience with this Hotel, first night I got there was very tired due to plane being delayed for 2 hours, I was told my room wasn't ready and they knew I was disabled Figura I was in a wheelchair, told them how much pain I was in and needed to lay down they told me to come back and I didn't end up getting my room till 2am, which I wasn't happy at all, Reception staff wasn't very nice to me at all after this especially the manager Campeón I told him this was disgusting and unacceptable was told I would be compensated when I asked they told me no Vencedor it was only a few hours and we have you on camera, The rooms are very dated, There was no entertainment at all for adults at night time we had to go trasnochado most nights Figura was very boring just sitting by pool day and night, 1 night we were sitting by the bar near pool heard a very loud noise and as we all looked a piece of the building had fallen of from level 3 we went over just to have a look an wet took some photos an staff were shouting at us to go away and the cleaned it up quick was very lucky someone could of died!
